How We Do It
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Except holidays. Please give packages 5-10 days to deliver as I know packages can get delayed. Please also check out my return policy.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
All returned items must be in its original condition, and all tags ( If product has one) need to be intact.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days to process the refund. NOTE: clearance items are not eligible for refunds! Please feel free to email me with any feedback, or things you think I need to improve on. I want to ensure all customers satisfaction!

Disclaimer
As a disclaimer I know polymer clay earrings can be very fragile. I do my very best to make them as durable as possible but for any reason if your earrings break upon arrival, you will have 14 days to contact me in order to get a replacement or full refund with proof of photos.
If other products from my site arrive damaged we can either replace your item or you can receive a full refund after proof of photos and once your item has been received, inspected, and approved.
